MR. WPress provides custom WordPress development, website design, and related web services. All project work is governed by individual service agreements between MR. WPress and the client.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of MR. WPress or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client projects are delivered with full ownership transfer as specified in individual agreements.

Limitation of Liability

MR. WPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
