Will Mr. WordPress help install a theme I purchased from someone else?

I bought a plugin I want to use but can’t quite figure out how to install it.  Can you help with that?

There is a warning in my dashboard that says there is a new version of WordPress, should I update?

The best thing to do is to backup your website and data before performing updates.  If you are comfortable performing those actions then you may update safely each time after making sure you have full backups.  If you do not know how to access your server files and your data bases, we are more than happy to assist you with this.  Backups are important because if something goes wrong for any reason at all during an update, or breaks something else, then there is at least a restore point.  From there, steps can be made to isolate the issue off-site while your website runs at it’s previously healthy version.

You don’t have to be alone when it comes to updating your WordPress website and keeping things healthy.  Updates are essential to security updates as well.  If you just ignore them, you could be leaving the door open to security holes that have otherwise been closed.  Contact us and we will help manage your updates.
